Cannot watch movies in video club on my LG smart TV

My TV (LG) came with STB installed so i activated it. but, i cannot watch movies in the video club section. Need help.
also, if anyone know how to pick a different channels package it will be appreciated too.

the only way you can pick channels is select favorites

What portal URL is used for smart STB. I activated the app but and have a year subscription but http://s1.iksnumbers.info/c/index.html is not accepted on the portal management for smart STB.
