Smart STB URL needed

Hi I'm New here. What portal URL is used for smart STB. I activated the app but and have a year subscription but http://s1.iksnumbers.info/c/index.html is not accepted on the portal management for smart STB.

This was included in the email i received and tried both URLs ...

And this is the message I receive when i try to activate URLs Error

The Portal is invalid or is having problems, if you continue with this Portal, app may be unstable. Pressing No will put in the Demo Portal and you can change it later.

You can continue with order now. Remember, you are doing this on own risk.

UPDATE; I was able to load the server s1.iksnumbers.info/c/index.html without the Https:// but now i'm getting STB Blocked message. I reset the portal and reset the Smart STB software, made no difference. Is there a way to try another server to get this to work.

I would suggest you use the Portal URL this way: http://s1.iksnumbers.info/c (delete /index.html)
