if your going to run a successful business people should always have help on this site I'm a new customer ya maybe I need help to get up and running but I should not be sitting waiting for help always have help available and you will always have customers telling all there friends how great this site is not the latter

yes customer service is everything if you want to stay in business -I don't think these guy's will be around long,from what i read on this forum.
I purchased 2 donations on the 24th of Jan 2020 today Mon 27th still no donation numbers--great service-they tell me to look in junk mail etc because they sent the donations
well they didin't send them to me. I've been in the tv game since programming dave days these guy's don't seem to need some help. I have nothing bad to say about the helpers on this site. just the company it self. js

paypal payment--I actually paid for 3 by mistake and they refunded me the extra donation then they asked how my trial was but I didn't have a trial period.
it's like a one e-mail per day policy. then of course they asked did I check my junk mail and did I check all of their e-mails I know you have to treat some people like kids but.
I e-mailed Yerick again today and told him if they can't find a way to get me my numbers maybe they should just refund my 2 donations and I will go some where else. js
