Yeah the service sucks ... wish i had read all these threads before subscribing. I'm a new subscriber and have issues. Numerous emails and no response. Truly a snake oil merchant. I'm pissed

i am using a Formuler Z10SE and cannot access any VOD. I purchased service July 1 and nyumerous emails have not been responded to. My last email requested cancellation of service and to this point I have not had a response. Since I paid via PayPal I intend to proceed with a dispute thru them. This is not the way to conduct a business and everyone should be wary of them. Yeah it sucks and regret not reading this forum sooner.
